Cloudron S42 inherits Cloudron’s operational model: the boring, critical work of keeping a private cloud healthy is automated and opinionated, so you are not stitching together cron jobs and rsync scripts. You stay in charge of where data lives and who gets access; the platform takes care of the lifecycle in between.

Backups you can trust

Scheduled, encrypted backups cover apps and their data with consistency in mind. Send copies to S3-compatible object storage, another machine, or disks you control—pick retention and destinations that match your policy, while the system handles packaging and encryption so recovery is predictable.

Updates without the fire drill
